Strategy 1- Financial Diversification

Goal: Maintain stable financial environment and establish a financial strategy with focussed funding streams and add value to asset base.

 

Strategy 2- Branding

Goal: Build and increase awareness for an effective and sustainable brand profile.

 

Strategy 3- Service Development

Goal: Identify new needs and introduce new services, both free and where relevant, commercially based, to best utilise the available resources.

Strategy 4- Governance & Resource Management

Goal: Diversifying board, attracting relevant staff and growing BrainLink membership to maintain a well-governed, accountable and managed organisation.

 

Strategy 5- Risk Management

Goal: Actively developing a risk management culture in all BrainLink activity,

undertaking regular review of entity risks and determining mitigating strategies.

Strategy 6- Responsive to Stakeholders & Partners

Goal: Diversify stakeholders and further develop systems and processes that respond to all stakeholder requirements.             

 

Strategy 7- Influence in Our Community

Goal: Develop strategic partnerships with like minded and commercial organisations to empower BrainLink’s impact on the community.

 

Strategy 8- Shaping the Policy Debate

Goal: Shape and influence public policy while promoting issues that impact on the lives of people living with an acquired brain disorder.
