Jo Minton-Connell

A qualified Human Resources practitioner, Jo’s career began with a generalist recruitment firm. Prior to joining Lloyd Morgan in March 2006, Jo worked in various HR positions including an international investment bank in the UK and a European search firm. Areas of expertise include Performance Management, Retention Strategies, Training Design & Delivery, HR Management, Learning and Development and Risk Mitigation.  With an industry reputation for the ability to provide practical solutions to enhance the performance of individuals and organisations as a whole, Jo is currently the Human Resources Manager of Xtralis in the Asia Pacific region.
