Case Manager, Slow to Recover Program
Hi! My name is Sarah and I am one of two Case Managers working at Brainlink for the Slow to Recover Program.
My background within the health sector is primarily nursing based. Prior to commencing at Brainlink I was working as a Nursing Unit Manager of a Transitional Care Ward in the South Eastern Suburbs.
I’m all too aware of the struggle our clients and families go through transitioning from the acute setting to post acute care.
I have been working in the industry since 2004, starting off as a personal carer and then completing my Certificate IV in Health in 2007. This industry is one I am passionate to further myself in and am looking into further studies in the very near future.
You will ALWAYS find me with a smile on my face. Eager to help, and Eager to learn.
