Cost per person $110 inc GST.
Corporate Tables of 10 with Table signage $1500 inc GST.
To book your place and pay please fill out the form below and click purchase. From here you will enter our secure NAB online payment facility. Just fill in the appropriate fields with your payment details and click authorise payment. All bookings & payments must be received by the 7th Oct 2011.
Please note: A no refund policy applies to the purchase of tickets to this event. All proceeds from this event will aid those people and families whose lives have been affected by an acquired brain disorder.
