1 in 45 Australians live with a brain injury. At BrainLink, we are building a platform that gives people living with a brain injury a voice, build connection and feel heard. We are seeking partners to help us deliver these outcomes at scale.

Your organisation can help create a lasting community impact.
This year we have delivered multiple community forum events that have been developed to give people living with a brain injury a platform to tell their stories and educate others about brain injury and delivering outcome such as:
Stronger peer and community connections.
Awareness and reduced stigma around brain injury and neurological conditions.
Pathways of support for people living with brain injury.
Improved confidence for individuals, families and support teams.
Opportunities to improve quality of care, innovate and collaborate.
La Vita Care is pleased to support BrainLink’s Community Forums and the important role they playwithin the Knox community. As a provider supporting people living with acquired brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions, we have found that some of the most valuable learning comes directly from people with lived experience and their families.
These forums provide an opportunity to hear real stories, practical insights and personal strategies that have helped people navigate life after injury or diagnosis. They give service providers such as LaVita Care a deeper understanding of what genuinely helps people live well, remain connected to their community and achieve their goals.
We believe BrainLink’s forums make an important contribution by creating opportunities for peopleto learn from one another, share what works and build a stronger, more connected community forpeople living with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions.
