What is support coordination?

Support coordination assists NDIS participants in understanding and utilising their NDIS funding. To be eligible for this service, you must have “Support Coordination” stated in your NDIS plan.

Some key functions of a support coordinator include:

  • Helping you understand your NDIS plan and budget
  • Connecting you to suitable support services
  • Monitoring your plan budget
  • Checking in with you to ensure everything is on track
  • Conducting reviews of your plan and submitting required reports to the NDIS
  • Supporting you during times of change
BrainLink Services is committed to empowering individuals with brain injuries or neurological disorders to thrive within their communities.

Our expert Support Coordination team has extensive knowledge of specialised services to connect you with the best support tailored to your unique needs. We work collaboratively with your team to ensure that support services are effective and aligned with your goals.
